Interactive product tour with realistic in-app mocks
New /demo experience walks prospects through a full app shell — customer 360, health scoring, playbooks, QBR generator, and the founding-customer offer — with personalised data and a one-click checkout into a sandbox org.
The interactive demo is now a five-step guided tour, not a screenshot reel:
- Step A. Personalised intro card with the prospect's logo, top pain point echoed back, and ICP fit stats.
- Step B. Eight-screen scroll-snap tour of the live product — sidebar, customer table, 360 view, health scoring config, playbook builder, tasks, QBR generator, billing.
- Step C. Live sandbox seeded with AI-generated customers matching the prospect's ICP. They can re-seed via CSV upload.
- Step D. ROI waterfall — admin savings, churn prevented, renewal uplift, and payback months — calculated from their stated team size and ARR.
- Step E. Founding-customer checkout with FOUNDER50 coupon, live spots counter, and a share link for their team.

Smarter subscription access: no more lock-outs during transient billing issues
If your card has a transient failure, you stay in BentoCS during Stripe's retry window. If you cancel at period end, you keep access until the period actually ends. Clearer banners throughout.
Subscription access now recognises five distinct states instead of a binary active/lapsed flag. What changes for you:
- Payment retry window. If a renewal charge fails, Stripe retries for ~4 days. You keep full access during that window with an amber banner linking straight to the billing page — no more mid-workflow lock-out.
- Cancel-at-period-end. If you cancel via the Stripe portal, you retain full access until the period actually ends, with a blue banner showing the end date.
- Clearer "paused" state. Once a subscription truly lapses, you land on a read-only page with a one-click renewal path.
- Billing page always reachable. You can always open
/settings/billing, even from a lapsed state, to update a card or resubscribe.
Nothing to do on your end — it just behaves more like you'd expect.
